1. Return Window
- 30-Day Limit: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Approval Required: All returns must be authorized via email before shipping. Items sent back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be rejected.
2. Condition Requirements (The "Uninstalled" Rule)
To qualify for a refund, parts must be returned in New, Unused, and Uninstalled condition.

- Sealed Packaging: Circuit boards must remain in their original, sealed Anti-Static (ESD) bags. Breaking this seal or removing the board from the bag constitutes "use" and voids the return.
- No Soldering/Modification: Any signs of soldering, mounting, or physical alteration will result in an immediate rejection of the return.

4. Restocking Fees & Shipping Costs
- Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee-applies to all non-defective returns to cover the cost of re-testing and re-certifying the electronics for resale.
- Shipping: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and must use a carrier that provides tracking and insurance.
5. Defective Merchandise & Warranty
- Initial Inspection: Please inspect your order within 5 business days of receipt. Report any shipping damage or missing items immediately.
- Testing Process: If you believe a part is defective, it must be returned for bench testing. If the part is found to be functional or damaged by improper installation (e.g., blown traces), no refund will be issued, and the part will be returned to you at your expense.
6. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
