Shipping policy

1. Order Processing & Handling
  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Handling Time: Most in-stock circuit boards and parts ship within 1–3 business days.
  • Custom/Special Orders: Any custom-built boards or special-order items may require an additional 1–3 weeks for fulfillment.

2. Specialized Packaging (ESD Safety)
  • Anti-Static Protection: All circuit boards are shipped in industry-standard anti-static (ESD) bags to prevent electrical damage during transit.
  • Secure Padding: We use a "box-in-box" method or heavy-duty bubble wrap for fragile components to absorb shocks and vibrations.
  • Note: Removing a circuit board from its anti-static bag constitutes acceptance of the item's physical condition.

3. Carriers & Delivery
  • Preferred Carriers: We primarily ship via USPS Ground and USPS PRIORITY. 
  • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as the shipping label is generated. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to update the status.
  • Restrictions: We currently ship to United States and Canada. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or freight forwarding services for high-value electronics.  High value typically refers to electronics with a retail cost of US$500 or more. 

4. Shipping Damage & Lost Packages
  • Inspection Window: You must inspect your package immediately upon arrival. Any damage to the exterior box or the parts inside must be reported to us within 5 business days.
  • Required Documentation: To file a claim, please provide:
    • Clear photos of the damaged item.
    • Clear photos of the interior and exterior packaging.
  • Insurance: For high-value orders, we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout for full protection against carrier loss or mishandling.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Refused Shipments
  • Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
  • Fees: Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, and original shipping charges will not be refunded.
