1. Product Description & Selection
  • New Parts Only: thatoldpinball.comspecializes in the sale of brand-new reproduction and replacement circuit boards and electronic components. We do not sell complete pinball machines.
  • Compatibility Responsibility: It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to ensure a part is compatible with their specific machine model, revision, and existing modifications. We recommend consulting your machine's original manual before purchase.

2. Installation & Safety Warning
  • Expertise Required: Installation of circuit boards involves working with high voltages (up to 230V DC) that can cause serious injury or death. We strongly recommend that all parts be installed by a qualified technician.
  • User Assumption of Risk: By purchasing, you acknowledge that thatoldpinball.comis not liable for any personal injury, property damage, or damage to your pinball machine resulting from improper installation, handling, or "unsuccessful experiments".

3. Limited Warranty & Returns
  • Warranty Period: New circuit boards typically carry a 90-day limited warrantycovering factory defects in materials and workmanship.
  • Exclusions: This warranty is void if the part shows signs of:
    • Improper installation or incorrect voltage application.
    • Physical damage, "burn" marks, or modifications made by the user.
    • Damage caused by leaky batteries or other failing components in your machine.
  • Return Policy: Unopened and uninstalled parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective returns. Once a circuit board has been installed, it is generally considered non-refundable due to the risk of electrical damage during assembly.

4. Shipping & Damage Claims
  • Inspection: You must inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Claims for parts damaged during transit must be filed within 48–72 hours of receipt.
  • Static Protection: All electronic components are shipped in anti-static packaging. Removing a product from this packaging constitutes "use" and may affect your return eligibility.

5. Limitation of Liability
  • In no event shall thatoldpinball.com be liable for lost profits, loss of use, or any consequential or incidental damages arising from the failure of a part. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the specific part sold.
