Williams 9-11, Data East Power Breakout Header

This board can accomplish two things.  Actually three things.

1. Provides convenient breakout points for 5v and GND, for other test equipment
2. Has LED indicators for the two voltages present on the J17 header on Williams sys9-11.
   
3. Includes a header that fits a standard, ATX power supply's HDD or Optical drive power cable.
4. Optional Variant for a male, 5.5mm pigtail connector.
