This is not a component you will come across in the wild.  Screw header that has 3.96mm on center spacing between the pins.  Sold as a 9 position, but can be easily snapped apart into sections of three.  conversely, they can be assembled to any length, in multiples of three.  Want a 15-position 3.96 screw header?  take two of these, merge them together and snap off one 3-position on the end.

I use these in my All-in-one solenoid signal / test / fuse board, where I wanted to be able to adjust the Key pin position without having to desolder / solder the header.
