Easy to use.  Just place these on the J8 and J10 headers.  Simulate a switch closure by activating some combination of the tactile switches and the dip switches.

For example, let's say you want to test Row1, Col1.  There are four ways to do this:

1. Press and hold Tact switches Row1 and Col1.  This probably takes two hands.
2. On the Row dip switch bank, set switch 1 to on.  Press the Col1 tact switch.  This requires one hand.
3. On the Column dip switch bank, set switch 1 to on.  Press the Row1 tact switch.  This requires one hand.
4. Set both the Column and Row dip switch 1 to on.  The signal will be closed with no hands.
